So if you are anything like me, you always want to have the most amount of fun, and more often than not, have fun in ways that are unique and a new experience. I absolutely hate it when I am in a new place and have to end up doing things as I would do them back home. I firmly believe that fun places have their own unique charm and to not have that available, would not make a place very fun. This problem is especially present in places which are very touristy and a lot of people end up going there. One such place is San Diego; often called the finest city in the United States. This city receives so many visitors every year, all year round, that you would think that everything would have become commercialized and be a bit of a tourist trap rather than give you a good genuine experience. So in this article, we will talk about some actual cool things you could do once you are there. You can read more on this topic by going online.
So for the outdoorsy type of people, you should hit up Balboa Park on your first day in the city, at sunrise and go for a hike. While the park is known for having things like a zoo inside, a few museums, and even a concert area, its hiking trails are not all that well known. It completely transports you and makes you feel like you aren’t even in the city anymore but rather you are hiking up and around a mountain or some hilly areas. With miles of green grass on either side of the trail, it is a great experience to have and one to start your trip with.
