Georgia Wine Highway Weekend

Mark you calendar for the 6th annual "Wine Highway Weekend". Last year's event was great and this year's will be even better! This is a perfect time to get back in the swing of spring activities and there is no better way to shake the winter doldrums than spending a weekend in the mountains and tasting the Award Winning wines that are made from Georgia grown grapes.
Sautee Nacoochee Vineyards will kick off the 2012 Swinging in the Vines music series with the Kip Dockery Band playing jazz Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Visitors will receive complimentary tastings of four wines of their choice and light hors d'oeuvres for their enjoyment. Come and enjoy our wines and experience our valleys.

There will be live music on the deck from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A large carboy jug filled with wine corks will be on display and prizes will be awarded to the four people who come closest to guessing the correct number of corks. The grand prize is a lovely basket filled with many treats. Other prizes include gifts and gift certificates from the tasting room.
